Hello past Patients and future Patients! I am currently recovering from surgery but plan to return to practice in February of 2026, however I will no longer be practicing at Spellmeyer Chiropractic! I enjoyed my time with Dr. Spellmeyer and wish her continued success.

Of note: Dr. Spellmeyer is now offering Stemwave therapy which is an exciting technology for many joint, tendon and muscle problems!

A Belief in the inherent ability to heal and be healthy

…But to be truly well we must support our body with proper joint and whole body movement, “real” food and good mood! I can help you achieve your optimal wellness!

looking at the big picture…and what parts make up the big picture

With health it is rarely one thing that leads to illness (with the exception of injury). When dealing with ongoing issues (stressors) our bodies adapt. With too many stressors over time we may “maladapt”. The result is often loss of function, pain, degenerative changes and illness.

My goal is to not only offer relief but to help with restoring proper function and health. Your health and wellness is your responsibility but I want to be your health partner and help you help yourself!

Assessment

Taking the time to listen to your story and identify the most important factors to focus upon

Care

Offering treatment focused on the issues identified. Ongoing assessment as issues and problems improve and change

Support

Helping you with understanding of other issues that may be affecting your health, injury or recovery such as nutritional, postural and other stressors
